Assembly

Since the creation of the United States lawful assembly has been the most effective way to protest. Since the 1st Amendment of the US Constitution explicity protects "the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances." [5]

Organizing the protest​

Permits​

The location you are planning to have your protest may require permits. [4] If you do not obtain the required legal permission there is a much higher chance the police shut it down.

People need to know about the protest. [4] Use every form of communication you have setup to inform you supporters when and where your protest is.

During the protest​

Keep. It. Peaceful. Violence will ruin the protest and significantly affect the brand of your movement. [4]

Document​

Take pictures, videos, etc. Show the world (or at least your target audience) that there is people leaving their houses to support the movement.
