Goal

What is your goal? What do you want this movement to achieve.^[7] Make sure the goal is reasonable. If your goal is too radical for the current cultural environment then consider starting smaller.

Objectives

What are the steps to get there? You most likely won't solve an entire civil rights issue in one step.^[7] Consider starting with trying to get a local prominent community member on board or a legislator to publicly express support. Again, be reasonable with your objectives, a small step forward is still a step forward.
