Tips for interviewing

Format

Ideally, interview in person. Interviewing in person will allow you to understand emotions and get the most information compared to a text based interview. ^[2]

During the interview

Ask questions on topic and make sure to stay on topic. ^[2] Focus on experiences. Don't forget to ask the interviewee what they think about the system and how it could be fixed.
